- Leading a team of HR & Payroll Administrators in a shared services environment
- Responsible for their efficiency, output and retention
- Performance management
- Innovation of new/improved processes
- Delivering training to cover/improve recognised weaknesses in the team
Profile:
- Experience leading a transactional HR/Payroll Team
- SAP Experience desirable
- Performance led management style
- Proven track record in delivering results
- Able to consistently hit deadlines
- HR/Payroll knowledge very useful
