Description:

  • Leading a team of HR & Payroll Administrators in a shared services environment
  • Responsible for their efficiency, output and retention
  • Performance management
  • Innovation of new/improved processes
  • Delivering training to cover/improve recognised weaknesses in the team

Profile:

  • Experience leading a transactional HR/Payroll Team
  • SAP Experience desirable
  • Performance led management style
  • Proven track record in delivering results
  • Able to consistently hit deadlines
  • HR/Payroll knowledge very useful

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
