Description:
The Senior Team Co-ordinator will provide secretarial support to the General manager and the Senior management team.
- Diary, travel and meeting arrangements
- Report and presentation drafting
- running the day to day office, ordering stationary, negotiating and maintaining contracts.
- Co-ordinate mail shots to customers
- Minute taking
- HR Administration: Prepare contracts and offer letters, record annual leave and sickness.
- Manage employee inductions
Profile:
The ideal candidate will work in a high level secretarial role, you must be able to work independently of others and demonstrate the capability to handle sensitive employee information.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
