My Client provides business services to companies and individuals.

Description:

My client is looking for a high volume, customer facing cash allocations administrator.

  • High volumes of incoming calls and processing payments
  • Processing large volumes of data
  • Volumes of remittances and reconciliations
  • Developing rapport with both customers and clients
  • Have excellent customer service skills with an interest in accounts

Profile:

The right person will:

  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Numeric
  • Be able to work at speed under pressure
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate, ideally knowledge on Sage Line 50, and Excel
  • Previous roles in customer service or finance will advantageous.

 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.

The salary will pay between £15,000 and £16,000
