Description:
The main duties of the role are as follows;
- Processing starters and leavers
- Note taking during grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Support the HR Business Partners with general ER issues.
- Liaising with the Payroll bureau, entering staff information. Amending overtime payments.
- Processing P45's, P46's, P60's. SSP, SMP and other Payroll data.
Profile:
You must speak a European language other than English. My client has stated those with fluent French, Spanish, German or Italian are of most interest.
A proven track record in HR with previous payroll experience.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
