About our client:
My client is a large public sector organisation based in Liskeard. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis until the end of August 2012.
Description:
The purpose of the role is to provide information to customers.
Duties to include: dealing with inbound calls, processing payments, dealing with customer complaints and resolving customer queries by telephone, post or face to face.
Profile:
The successful candidate must have:
- Worked within a customer service type role previously
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills including MS Office
- The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
