Description:
Overall Objectives
- Arranging B2B & B2C Delivery & Installation in accordance with: Direct Delivery Planning Schedule; Delivery & Installation business procedures.
- Coordination of B2B and B2C delivery & Installation inclusive of second hand equipment.
- Provide cover and support for other areas of business as directed by business needs.
Delivery & Installations (75%)
- Act as a central point of contact for all internal and external customers relating to all Delivery and Installations (inclusive of equipment movement).
- Provide all Delivery & Installation confirmation and details to the customer.
- Liaison with all parties concerned confirming Delivery and Installation dates, timings and methods: 3rd Parties (Transmec & Sub-Contractors etc), Sales Managers and Customers.
- Co-ordinate the delivery of non-company products in accordance with the Customer’s confirmed order.
Customer Service (20%)
- Close liaison with other areas of internal teams ensuring customer expectations are met by effective communication closing the delivery & installation process.
- Proactively supporting all internal teams to provide and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Following up with clients, post installation, to ensure that all equipment has been delivered and installed.
- Taking appropriate follow up action.
Internal Procedural Management (5%)
- Passing orders to accounts for invoicing post delivery & installation.
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators in line with business process.
Profile:
- A background within Logistics or Supply Chain coordination would be preferable but not essential.
- You will definitely have strong experience within general office administration.
- You will be educated to a minimum of A Level standard, ideally to Degree level.
- You will need to be enthusiastic, proactive and a good problem-solver.
- Strong multi-tasker who can understand their changing workload quickly and prioritise accordingly.
- Adept at managing relationships both internally and externally.
- Good IT and PC literacy skills.
