Programme Admin Support

London City/EC • Temporary - £20.00 per hour

 

About our client:

My client is a BRILLIANT International Bank based in beautiful offices in Canary Wharf.  They are currently seeking a PA with first class organisational skills to support the E-Commerce team.

Description:

Typical duties include but are not limited to: -

  • Daily diary management 
  • Minute taking
  • Use of Lotus Notes
  • Scheduling and coordinating internal/external meetings
  • Maintaining filing systems and updating records
  • Coordinating extensive international travel arrangements, hotels, flights, managing logistics etc
  • Creation of reports
  • Expense claims processing

Profile:

You MUST have a PROVEN background as a PA within, BANKING or a BLUE-CHIP organisation

  • Advanced MS Office skills including MS Outlook
  • Have supported at Managing Director level and additional large teams
  • Have coordinated complex international travel previously (international flights, hotels, currently etc)
  • Have arranged complex internal & external meetings
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Proactive approach to work with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
