Business Administrator

Bracknell • Permanent • £20000 - £25000

 

About our client:

Our client is a significant player in the FMCG market.

Description:

  • A truly diverse support role! Covering 3 key areas -
  • Business Administrator.
  • Office Administrator.
  • Marketing Project Support.

Duties will include -

Office Administration

  • Provide MD support.
  • Office contact.
  • General office housekeeping (supplies, samples etc).
  • Meeting support including annual POP / LRP.

EMEA Marketing Support

  • Invoicing - Sharepoint invoice coding; BMS monitoring, reconciliation & reporting.
  • Project Management - Marketing project management support.
  • Data reporting - Market reporting coordinator (US / EMEA insight team); create efficient ways to share info / data within EMEA team.

Export Sales

  • Invoicing - Sharepoint invoice coding; BMS monitoring, reconciliation &  reporting.
  • Customer  liaising – Chasing invoices from customers; following up on customer queries on payment.  

Accounts Administration

  • Invoicing - Postal service of invoices to US office; EMEA allocation of invoices in Sharepoint; Customer remittances (reconciliation, printing, posting); OSIS Ltd VAT process.
  • Administration -  New customer set up; Credit and vendor set up / management; Norad reconciliation (individuals to book  own travel arrangement direct with Norad).
  • Expenses process - Postal service of expenses to US office.

  • Strong business support experience - exposure to and experience in supporting diverse business functions including marketing, sales and finance.

  • Customer & vendor administration and management.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
