Description:
- A truly diverse support role! Covering 3 key areas -
- Business Administrator.
- Office Administrator.
- Marketing Project Support.
Duties will include -
Office Administration
- Provide MD support.
- Office contact.
- General office housekeeping (supplies, samples etc).
- Meeting support including annual POP / LRP.
EMEA Marketing Support
- Invoicing - Sharepoint invoice coding; BMS monitoring, reconciliation & reporting.
- Project Management - Marketing project management support.
- Data reporting - Market reporting coordinator (US / EMEA insight team); create efficient ways to share info / data within EMEA team.
Export Sales
- Invoicing - Sharepoint invoice coding; BMS monitoring, reconciliation & reporting.
- Customer liaising – Chasing invoices from customers; following up on customer queries on payment.
Accounts Administration
- Invoicing - Postal service of invoices to US office; EMEA allocation of invoices in Sharepoint; Customer remittances (reconciliation, printing, posting); OSIS Ltd VAT process.
- Administration - New customer set up; Credit and vendor set up / management; Norad reconciliation (individuals to book own travel arrangement direct with Norad).
- Expenses process - Postal service of expenses to US office.

- Strong business support experience - exposure to and experience in supporting diverse business functions including marketing, sales and finance.

- Financial management & reporting (invoice processing, tracking, reconciliation etc.).
- Customer & vendor administration and management.
