Media Biller

The Media Biller role will include - 

•   Reconciliation of inter company accounts and liaising with foreign offices to ensure all are rectified for month end including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Billing of all invoices for Corporate and Digital departments
• Delivering monthly detailed multi-currency reports for advertising sales, online sales and subscriber revenue
•  Producing invoices and sending out to customers
•  Liaise with credit control and brokers over invoice queries
• Production billing, producing original production bills, WIP management, realisation of income

The perfect Media Biller candidate will -

•  Have experience in the media sector
• Knowledge on systems such as WIP and DDS
• Ability to work well in a team
• Be able to start immediately
