Description:
The HR Administration position should be recruited in the New Year. In the position you will be responsible for the day to day departmental administration of the HR team. Some of the specific duties include;
- Advertise vacancies internally and externally
- Shortlist candidates for line managers
- Prepare offer paperwork and contracts
- Undertake referencing for any new starters
- Arrange staff medicals
- Liaise with payroll and pensions department, maintaining an up to date record of all staff details.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will be CPP qualified, with plans to continue towards you CIPD qualification.
You will have worked in HR before, experience of working with recruitment agencies, advertising vacancies and taking references on new starters is key.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
