My client are an international company who have an exciting opportunity for an established Head of Transactional Finance to join and manage a changing team
Description:
The role involves:
- Training and development of staff
- Co-ordinating the activities of both the purchase and sales ledger and also the credit control function
- Design and implement procedures to make processes more efficient
- Authorise payment runs
- Ensure various policies and compliance procedures are adhered to
- Keep accounting systems and ledgers up to date
Profile:
The successful candidate will:
- Have a proven track record of managing change
- Have worked in a regulated environment - FSA/SOX ideally
- Have been involved in systems implementation
- Have a passion for driving a team forward
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
