Description:
Duties involve; Financial accounting duties, business planning, risk assessment, audit practice, taking the lead in the deliverance of an effective IT system, training staff and motivating staff, staff appraisals and introducing new payment plans.
Profile:
Must have experience in leading and managing a finance team
Good commercial acumen
String team player, confident and effective communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
