About our client:
Our client is a Japanese Global investment Bank. They are currently looking to recruit a temporary float assistant to provide support cover within various teams within their Investment Banking Division.
Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for our client in a busy and varied role. You will be supporting various fast-paced teams, making extensive travel and diary arrangements for teams and Directors.
Candidates will also be providing phone coverage for busy team which will require significant interaction with clients and members at senior level.
There will also be the potential opportunity to get involved in getting involved with various projects: co-ordinating activity plans, corresponding with clients and all other ad hoc project administrative duties.
Profile:
We are looking for prospective applicants who will be confident liaising with bankers of all levels of seniority and in environments that may frequently change. You should be confident with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Given the nature of the role you must also be able to multi-task effectively and work on your own initiative in a busy environment where constant re-prioritisation is needed.
Candidates must also have experience of working in an Investment Bank or other Financial Services Organisation.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
