My client is a fantastic global bank who are leaders in their market and based in beautiful offices in the City.
Description:
The main responsibilities will be:
-To provide full secretarial/admin support acting as a central point of contact.
-International travel arrangements
- Extensive diary management, meeting arrangements and minute taking
-Report processing
- Invoice tracking and processing
- Maintenance of holiday and sickness database
-Project assistance
-Presentation preparation
Profile:
The skills and experience required;
- Experience in a Team Assistant role in a large organisation, preferably within a fast moving and highly demanding team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills -literate with proven competence in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and communicate with staff of all levels.
- The ability to multi-task, work using own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Confidentiality and professionalism in the handling of sensitive information
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
