Description:
A Team Leader is needed to support staff within the Sales & Marketing team. Responsibilities will vary to include:
- Providing general guidance to team ensuring targets & objectives are met
- Ensuring SLAs & KPIs are met
- Training & development of staff
- Operational issues
- Conducting regular one to one's
- Taking care of initial disciplinaries & appraisals
- Ensure Events are budgeted for and delivered on time
Profile:
- Solid background in similar role
- Background in Sales & Marketing environment desirable
- Experience developing & implementing operational procedures
- Excellent team management skills
- Excellent communication & organisation skills
- Ability to use initiative
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
