Team Leader

About our client:

Based by Kings Cross, this charity helps over 5 million people a year through providing information & advice, conducting campaigns & providing training & research.

Description:

A Team Leader is needed to support staff within the Sales & Marketing team.  Responsibilities will vary to include:

  • Providing general guidance to team ensuring targets & objectives are met
  • Ensuring SLAs & KPIs are met
  • Training & development of staff
  • Operational issues
  • Conducting regular one to one's
  • Taking care of initial disciplinaries & appraisals
  • Ensure Events are budgeted for and delivered on time

 

Profile:

  • Solid background in similar role
  • Background in Sales & Marketing environment desirable
  • Experience developing & implementing operational procedures
  • Excellent team management skills
  • Excellent communication & organisation skills
  • Ability to use initiative

 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
