About our client:
This company has approximately 35,000 employees, all of which are on different levels of pay. The payroll team consists of approximately 30 members of staff, and currently require a manager to lead them through the change in payroll system.
Description:
This role will require the individual to manage a team of approximately 30 people at Heathrow. There are two main aspects to this position which include:
- Working with the new payroll system 'Northgate' to ensure all data is transferred correctly from the previous system,
- Work with the payroll team to ensure a smooth transition between the old and new systems
As well as implementing the new payroll system, this individual will need to:
- Look at the end to end payroll process
- Ensure all data from administration processes are transferred efficiently onto the new system
Profile:
We are looking for a payroll implementation manager in Heathrow who has:
- Proven experience of implementing new payroll systems into large companies
- Handle queries and issues which may arise from the implementation of Northgate
- Previous managerial experience
- Can establish their credibility very quickly in order to effectively manage the payroll team
- Deal with many different pay levels on a weekly basis
- Previous experience of using Oracle would be an advantage
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
