Payroll & Expenses Assistant

Cirencester • Temporary - £12.00 per hour

 

About our client:

My client is large stable well known business near Cirencester that requires a Payroll and Expenses Assistant for a 3 month period

Description:

Your duties will include the following

 ·         To process the expenses payroll on a weekly basis in line with company policy, together with the control of company credit cards.·         To record all P11d items arising from the expense payroll to assist the Payroll Manager at the year-end.·         To electronically process ad hoc payments as requested by the Payroll Manager. ·         To provide a full customer service to employees at all levels in respect to any expense or payroll enquiries. ·         Provide support to the Payroll Function.

 

Profile:

The successful candidate will need to meet the following criteria

Experience in a payroll background with a clear understanding of the key basics (i.e. PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP) would be desirable Experience of computerised payroll systems and applications would be desirable Accuracy and attention to detail Maintain complete confidentiality Methodical, organised approach to work, with the ability to achieve strict deadlines

Computer literate

Immediately available

 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
