Customer Service Advisor

The primary purpose of the role is to provide a high level of advisory service to the business customers.

Duties will include, but are not limited to, the answering of the telephone and the relevant actioning proceeding this and the supportive administrative tasks.

A credit check will be required as part of the vetting process for this role.

The successful candidate will have:

• The flexibility to work weekends where required
• Worked in a call centre environment in a previous role
• An excellent telephone manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good Maths and English qualifications.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
