Description:
The role will have the following duties:
Customer Responsibilities · Understand the departments customer needs and in turn the customer service targets and work with your colleagues effectively to achieve these · Follow established business processes to achieve customer service targets and promote the understanding of these across the team · Actively seek ways to improve customer service and business efficiencies People Responsibilities:· Represents the business with a professional manner when dealing with both internal and external customers.· Works well with all team members and supports the team to deliver projects to a satisfactory conclusion. Process Responsibilities:· Compiling furniture schedules in conjunction with the project managers for manufacturing purposes.· Drawing take-off as required to allow the furniture schedules to be complied.· Process client orders and upload onto ASITE; BIW, INSITE (appropriate web based portal).· Uploading drawings for approval onto Asite, BIW, INSITE· Uploading (RFI) request for information from Main Contractor and Architect on Asite, BIW, INSITE and monitoring response.· Uploading Technical Submittal’s to Main Contractor for approval.· Raise purchase requisitions for project orders.· Input manufacturing orders on CIMPAC. Track all projects orders to ensure they are delivered to site to meet the project programme. Coordination with the Project Manager is critical in achieving this.
· Deal with late or non-delivery to site.· Raise enquiry & briefing forms (130)· Raise order input forms (510)· Raise contract variation forms and co-ordinate with project QS regarding figures (511)· Update doc control drawing register.· Compile or co-ordinate with admin on O&M manuals production and issue to client.· Check and approve supplier’s invoices for payment in conjunction with the PM.· Taking minutes of meetings as required and issue.· Process Site Supervisors timesheets and send to payroll.· Input into the PSR process as required to assist the PM.· Holiday and sickness cover for Admin as required.· Assisting in the tender process compiling tender packages in conjunction with the PM to meet target deadline dates.
H&S responsibilities:· Ensuring that you adhere to safe working practices · Being aware of the H&S agenda · Highlighting departmental risks and hazards as identified and inputting to business process changes as appropriate.· To embrace to H&S culture within the business of ‘zero tolerance’ to unsafe practices.

- Full understanding of the business process
