About our client:
A major local authority organisation in the Swansea area - Neath Port Talbot.
Description:
The role is acting primarily to support the needs of the business by providing administrative and clerical support.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries, photocopying, filing and data entry, typing of reports and correspondence and the sorting and distributing of mail.
Profile:
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills as there will be face to face interaction with customers
- Good IT skills
- Worked in a local authority office environment previously
- An NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration
- A full clean driving licence and access to their own vehicle as there will be travel between business centres
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
