The Legal Team of this distinguished British Bank are looking for a Team Administrator to join them in their great office based in the City of London.
Description:
The legal team are looking for a team assistant to provide them with administration support and assistance and your duties will include:
- Diary management
- Meeting and travel arrangements
- Processing expenses
- Setting up new joiners
- Raising IT issues for the team
- Invoicing and raising purchase orders
- Document management
- Filing - electronic and paper
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging conference calls
- Ordering stationery, scanning and photocopying
- Creating and sending out mail merges
- Comparing documents on Delta view
- Daily use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook – occasional use of PowerPoint
- First point of contact for ad hoc enquiries - so must be confident and professional on email / telephone with people from the Business and other law firms
- All other ad hoc requests / projects as required
- Secretarial support including file management and staff related issues
Profile:
We are looking for a Team Administrator with previous experience of working in an office environment and providing excellent support to a professional team. You will also need to be familiar with working in a pressurised environment with the minimum amount of supervision.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
