HR Assistant

About our client:

My client are a national business with offices located across the UK. They have maintained good levels of growth in the last two to three years.

Description:

Working within a busy and dynamic HR team the successful candidate will provide administrative support on all HR initiatives undertaken by my client. Key responsibilities will include dealing with all new starters and leavers, maintaining an employee database system, and the handling of any external recruitment and selection processes.  You will be the first point of contact for all employees From time to time you will be required to carry out ad hoc project work, and hold small presentations introducing new employees to the business.

Profile:

The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a busy HR team  and hold an enthusiasm to fulfill a career within HR. They will be able to work within a fast paced environment and be comfortable to liaise with all levels of management within the organisation. They will be self motivated and dedicated to succeed. 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
