Financial Accounting Analyst

• Prepare journal vouchers with suitable support • Input journals to the general ledger• Ensure accounting calculations and assumptions are applied consistently • Management information produced to enable informed financial decision making.• Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and processes• Support the completion of the month end general ledger close• Deliver outputs in line with the team timetable

• Proven Analytical skills. • Experienced in a variety of finance/accounting PC software packages including applied accounting systems.• Proven experience of contributing to projects.• Proven track record of working in the finance area of a large organisation with a sound knowledge of accounting practice.• Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel.
