About our client:

My client are a busy shared service centre located in South Manchester. They are a leading global brand based in the manufacturing industry.

Description:

My client are looking for a Purchase Ledger to join their busy team. This is an exciting role which will involve dealing with high volume transactions.

The role will include:

  • processing invoices
  • preparation of reports
  • resolution of supplier queries both written and over the phone
  • liaison with depot administration staff
  • invoice coding
  • journal preparation
  • statement reconciliation

Profile:

The ideal candidate will:

  • have experience of such high volume roles and working in a demanding office
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • previous experience of using MS Excel
  • work well within a team
  • good levels of numeracy

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
