My client are a busy shared service centre located in South Manchester. They are a leading global brand based in the manufacturing industry.
Description:
My client are looking for a Purchase Ledger to join their busy team. This is an exciting role which will involve dealing with high volume transactions.
The role will include:
- processing invoices
- preparation of reports
- resolution of supplier queries both written and over the phone
- liaison with depot administration staff
- invoice coding
- journal preparation
- statement reconciliation
Profile:
The ideal candidate will:
- have experience of such high volume roles and working in a demanding office
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- previous experience of using MS Excel
- work well within a team
- good levels of numeracy
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
