Our client is a prominent and popular financial services company based in Southampton.
Description:
As collections administrator, you will be working from the Southampton offices and involved in a variety of tasks including:
- Direct Debit collections via BACS
- Processing premiums
- Dealing with customer and member queries over the phone and via email
Profile:
ESSENTIAL
- Strong background in customer service, especially within financial services eg. banking
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Experience working with MS Word and Excel
- An enthusiastic, helpful and positive attitude
- 5 GCSE Grades A-C including Maths and English
PREFERRED
- A-Level educated (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Direct Debits and associated banking procedures
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
