Collections Administrator

Southampton • Permanent • £15000 - £16500

 

About our client:

Our client is a prominent and popular financial services company based in Southampton.

Description:

As collections administrator, you will be working from the Southampton offices and involved in a variety of tasks including:

  • Direct Debit collections via BACS
  • Processing premiums
  • Dealing with customer and member queries over the phone and via email

Profile:

ESSENTIAL

  • Strong background in customer service, especially within financial services eg. banking
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Experience working with MS Word and Excel
  • An enthusiastic, helpful and positive attitude
  • 5 GCSE Grades A-C including Maths and English

 

PREFERRED

  • A-Level educated (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of Direct Debits and associated banking procedures

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
