My client has a multi disciplinary business that has successfully merged with another leading name in the last few years.
The business continues to grow from strength to strength employing over 150,000 staff globally.
Description:
The main duties of the role are as follows;
- Supervise raising monthly/quarterly/annual demands for rents, service charge insurance and interest in accordance with lease requirements.
- Ensure funds are remitted to clients in a timely fashion.
- Issue client statements on a timely basis
- Work with surveyors & Facility Managers to ensure budgets are in place
- Service charge year end reconciliations
Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic record and have successfully undertaken the AAT qualification.
You must be analytical and if you have supervised staff in the past this will be an added bonus.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
