About our client:
My client are an international organisation that specialise in the outsourcing of Payroll and other HR related functions. They employ over 6000 members of staff and operate in 46 countries.
Description:
The role involves managing the implementation process within the service delivery team whilst allocating work to team members to ensure that reconciliation, training and transfer to payroll delivery teams happens in a timely manner.
Ensuring all new Payroll procedures are documented and staff trained onto the delivery teams
Setting tasks based on the business and team objectives
Profile:
My client are looking for someone who holds an IPPM diploma and has previously been involved in the implementation of Payroll software and Resource link. The candidate will be dedicated, self motivated and have excellent communications and management skills.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
What's on offer
My client are looking to offer a basic salary of up to £32,000 and a great working environment.
