About our client:
A major local authority organisation.
Description:
The role is acting primarily to provide clerical and administrative support to the departmental function.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, answering the telephone, taking messages and responding to queries, receiving and dispatching post and updating records.
Profile:
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills, particularly when using MS Office
- The ability to work to tight deadlines calmly and efficiently
- Worked within a public sector office environment in a previous role - desirable.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
