Administrative Assistant

Leeds • Temporary - £6.00 per hour

 

About our client:

A major local authority organisation.

Description:

The role is acting primarily to provide administrative support to colleagues and managers within the department.Duties will include, but are not limited, to the writing of reports, making verbal and written communication and typing, filing and using the IT systems to update information and records.

Profile:

The successful candidate will have:
  • A clean Enhanced CRB certificate dated within the last 12 months
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills, particularly when using Microsoft products
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines calmly and efficiently
  • Worked within a public sector office environment previously - desirable.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
