Description:
You will be responsible for leading the credit control function for the company and responsible for:
- Undertaking risk assessments, processing client payments and managing overpayments
- Reporting to Senior Management on all aspects of debt
- Reviewing and improving credit control processes
- Coaching, development and managing the credit control team
Profile:
You must have a solid experience of managing staff in a credit control environment. You must be a good team player with a proven track record in motivating and coaching a team to achieve goals.
Candidates working towards or holding the ICM qualification will be looked upon favourably for this post.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
