About our client:
My client are an international organisation that specialise in the outsourcing of Payroll and other Human Resources related functions. They employ over 6000 members of staff and operate in 46 different countries.
Description:
The role involves providing effective and efficient payroll administration to my clients customers in an accurate and timely manner. You will respond to customer queries in an efficient way and provide support to the Payroll Manager. You will be providing and maintaining regular data and statistics. You will also be training, coaching and mentoring a team of payroll administrators and ensuring that performance is maximised. Deputising for the Payroll Manager from time to time will also be common place.
Profile:
My client are looking for someone who holds an IPPM diploma or is working towards this qualification, They will demonstrate a strong understanding of payroll administration and have a knowledge of team management. The candidate will be dedicated, self motivated and hold excellent communication skills.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
