Middle Office Assistant

About our client:

My client is a market lead within there industry.

Description:

  • Duties will include:
  • Working with the asset management administration team to collate the papers required for investment reports.
  • Carrying out any necessary additional analysis required
  • Preparing regular investment reports for clients in draft form for the client's lead manager
  • Supporting the new client's designated lead and assistant manager in the preparation of details investment proposals.
  • Arranging payments to clients
  • Providing statements and tax information  to clients or their accountants
  • Helping to ensure that ISA's are arranged for all of the team's relevant clients

 

Profile:

The successful candidate will be:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Be Highly numerate
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have strong research and analytical skills
  • Have good IT skills including some experience in using Microsoft Office Packages
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Be able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Undertake an agreed programme of professional investment-related qualifications.

 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
