About our client:
A Successful financial management firm with multiple offices across the UK
Description:
This role enquires a flexible payroll and accounts administrator who can offer assistance across more than one office in the Guildford and surrounding areas during the working week. They also must:
- Raise daily cheques and electronic payments within set deadlines
- Maintain cashbooks using the Sage system
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare income and expenditure reports
- Monthly updating and processing of payroll data including pension schemes
- Preparation of HMRC year end returns
- Dealing with queries from clients and customers
- Ad hoc Administration duties
Profile:
- Experience in the Sage system
- Previous experience in running the payroll system on a day to day basis
- Working knowledge of PAYE
- A highly organised individual who is very customer orientated and strong in dealing with people both in a written sense and verbal
