Payroll and Accounts Administrator

Guildford • Temporary - £11.00 per hour

 

About our client:

A Successful financial management firm with multiple offices across the UK

Description:

This role enquires a flexible payroll and accounts administrator who can offer assistance across more than one office in the Guildford and surrounding areas during the working week. They also must:

  • Raise daily cheques and electronic payments within set deadlines
  • Maintain cashbooks using the Sage system
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepare income and expenditure reports
  • Monthly updating and processing of payroll data including pension schemes
  • Preparation of HMRC year end returns
  • Dealing with queries from clients and customers
  • Ad hoc Administration duties

 

 

Profile:

 

  • Experience in the Sage system
  • Previous experience in running the payroll system on a day to day basis
  • Working knowledge of PAYE
  • A highly organised individual who is very customer orientated and strong in dealing with people both in a written sense and verbal

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
