My client is a growing telecommunications business within the UK looking to recruit for a Sales Order Processor in the Manchester area.
Description:
The key accountabilities of the role are:
Assisting with the process and checking of sales orders and co-ordinating sales administration. This is an important and pivotal role within the company.- Processing of sales order ensuring that all relevant data is entered into the accounts database and customer database
- Liaise with customer to agree a suitable date.
- When a suitable date is agreed, ensuring the database/schedule is updated
- The confirmed date is added to the schedule
- Internal database is updated
- Create installer pack to agreed procedure
- Confirmation letter is issued, together with a hardware requirements specification and resolve any issues with customer in relation to hardware
- Filing and record keeping
- Entering credit note details into the Dynamics accounts system, updating database and issuing to customers
- Working as part of the admin team to cover postal and switchboard arrangements
Profile:
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within the IT industry
- Previous experience in scheduling
- Experience with database packages preferably MS Access
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Great Plains Dynamics system
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
