Description:
The purpose of the HR Risk and Governance Operator role is to carry our the following objectives:
- Execute all HR governance activities within given service guidelines
- Monitor and action the risk team's general enquiries
- Deliver risk training and presentations as required
- Managing and maintaining HR data
- Producing risk management information
- Supporting other members of the team as required
Profile:
- A strong risk assessment background, preferably within a HR environment
- Experienced of managing and performing audits of complex processes
- Working knowledge of operational controls and systems
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical and problem solving abilities
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
