HR Risk and Governance Analyst

Bournemouth/Poole area • Permanent • £24000 - £28000

 

About our client:

Our client is a household name in financial services, firmly in the FTSE100, with prestigious offices based in the Bournemouth/Poole area.

Description:

The purpose of the HR Risk and Governance Operator role is to carry our the following objectives:

  • Execute all HR governance activities within given service guidelines
  • Monitor and action the risk team's general enquiries
  • Deliver risk training and presentations as required
  • Managing and maintaining HR data
  • Producing risk management information
  • Supporting other members of the team as required

Profile:

  • A strong risk assessment background, preferably within a HR environment
  • Experienced of managing and performing audits of complex processes
  • Working knowledge of operational controls and systems
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving abilities

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
