About our client:
Our client is a charity based near Brighton and they are currently looking for a Financial Accountant to join their finance team.
Description:
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the senior financial accountant in overseeing the processing activities of the financial accounting team
- Maintain the financial systems on a day to day basis
- Develop a user friendly financial training program across the organisation
- To provide support to the different branches and act as a point of contact for branch financial accounting queries
- Assist in the calculation, reporting and settlement of all forms of tax
- Develop and deliver an internal audit program.
Profile:
We are looking for a Part Qualified Accountant with the ability to explain financial related matters to non-technical customers.
He/she must have good time management skills, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
