My client is a successful organisation based in Bristol. They boast a large client portfolio and have increased on their profit by 10% in the last 25 years. They have a small but friendly team and excellent work environment
Description:
The role will involve looking after 90 clients of various sizes. On a day to day you will be responsible for:
Monthly bank reconciliations and global reconciliations
Raising rents and service charge demands
Dealing with all aspects of clients demands
Issuing statements
VAT returns
Ad hoc duties
Profile:
To be considered for this role you will need to have a proved experience in doing the above duties. You will need to have an understanding of accruals, prepayments and journals. AAT studier or AAT qualified. Good communication is a must as well as good IT skills, in particular - Excel.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
