Bi Lingual Purchase Order Administrator

Description:

The role as Purchase Order Administrator will have the responsibility for the administration of the Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for overhead purchases for allocated European marketing affiliates.

It will also involve:

  • Address requisitioner issues regarding the purchase requisitioning and ordering process
  • Manage Purchase Requisition queues (PR pending approval, approved PR not adopted into PO)
  • Review approved PR and adopt into Purchase Orders           
  • Change Purchase Orders as required
  • Print PO and sent to suppliers
  • Produce Open PO reports for review by business
  • Close open POs as requested by business
  • Review approved Vendors requests and create New vendors in SAP
  • Review, validate and process Vendor Master Data Change Requests
  • Maintain preferred vendor list
  • Ensure competitive bidding requirements are met when new vendors are selected and/or when Purchase Requisitions are raised

 

Profile:

Please only apply if you have the following:

  • Minimum GSCE English (A-C) or European equivalent
  • Previous role as a Purchase Order administrator 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills

 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
