Description:
This role with include:
- Assistance in the production of monthly management accounts for Fund Reporting team (including budgeting and forecasting).
- Provide support in production of management information for other Corporation departments.
- Reconciliations and journal postings into the management accounts including month end accruals and prepayment.
- Provide assistance in the Society’s annual budget and forecast exercises.
- Provision of assistance to the Team leader, Fund Reporting and Team leader,
- Society Reporting with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Provide assistance with project work on department issues as required.
Profile:
- AAT qualified.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications and of a recognised accounting software package.
- Understanding of UKGAAP / IFRS an advantage.
- Ability to work proactively and multi-task.
- Communicates clearly and efficiently within financial and non-financial areas.
- Appreciation of currency accounting an advantage.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
