Payroll manager

Crawley • Permanent • £20000 - £24000

 

About our client:

Our client an established, reliable and secure organisations based in Crawley are growing rapidly and looking for quality payrollers to keep the business driving forward.

Description:

The role will involve the following :

  • Data entry, manual input and use of import.
  • Running payrolls, ensuring that clients are paid accurately and on time, while adhering to standard procedures.
  • Production of pay-slips and reports. Dispatching these to each client according to their individual requirements
  • Year end processing
  • Dealing with IR.
  • Setting up procedures for individual clients according to individual needs, while at the same time using QA procedures.
  • The speedy, efficient and professional resolution of client queries, thus building and maintaining good relationships with clients.
  •  To achieve a level of 75% customer satisfaction in the Annual Customer Survey.
  • To perform client visits as and when required.
  • To fulfil objectives as set out in the annual appraisal.

Profile:

Our client is looking for a payroll professional that can manage the full payroll from start to finish on a number of different platforms from processing time-sheet to uploading time-sheet from files.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the above work experience along with customer service skills.

 

 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
