Leading FMCG in the heart of Manchester City centre. Recently relocated to brand new prestigious offices having set up a new Shared Service Centre
Description:
The role holder will carry out transactional activities, within an area of accountability to aid the provision of a professional end-to-end process. You will need to have a degree of flexibility across all activities to support overall delivery and the provision of excellent customer service.
To be considered for this role:
- Knowledge of robust AP process high volume transaction invoice processing
- ability to work with limited supervision
- knowledge of SAP System knowledge other than SAP (legacy)
Overview: you will be
- Processing 50-100 invoices per week
- Dealing with 30 Key Accounts
- Logging/matching/batching invoices
- Assisting with statement reconciliations
2 temps required for 5 months - 1 for 12 months.
Profile:
You must have knowledge of robust AP process
High volume transaction invoice processing
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with limited supervision
Problem solving
System knowledge of SAP System knowledge other than SAP (legacy)
- 2 temps required for 5 months - 1 for 12 months
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
