Guildford • Permanent • £18000 - £22000

 

About our client:

A large accountancy practice with offices in Guildford are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator.

Description:

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Administration of both weekly and monthly payroll
  • Assisting with year end process
  • Managing and resolving payroll queries
  • Following internal policies and procedures
  • Assisting in administration procedures including filing and paperwork
  • Liaising with managers, and our clients regarding payroll matters
  • Profile:

    An ideal candidate will have:

    • Previous Payroll knowledge
    • Understanding of UK PAYE legislation
    • Good Excel skills 
    • Ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
