About our client:
A large retail banking organisation.
Description:
The role is working within a call centre structure to ensure that a satisfactory result for both customer and business is met.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the successful settlement of invoices, actioning incoming post and consequently producing redemption statements and the transfer of all cases from the collection system whilst carrying out a risk assessment on these transferred cases.
Profile:
The successful candidate will have:
- An understanding of activity within a Mortgage Collections environment
- Worked in a pressured, call centre environment previously
- An understanding of legislation and regulations impacting on the collections process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to adapt skills to meet the businesses needs and targets.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
