This role is working for one of the UK largest and most successful retail businesses. Working at their prestigious head offices, this position is working for a commercial department, reporting into the Divisional Financial Controller.
Description:
This is a diverse management accounting, reporting and analysis position - working within a large finance department. This business is well know for developing accountants who are studying CIMA qualifications. They have a strong training and support network.
The position offers much diversity, and is mainly involved in management accounts production and divisional reporting and analysis. Duties include:
- Assisting with month end management accounts preparation for a £200m turnover division.
- Balance Sheet management, and profit & loss preparation.
- Stock management - reporting
- Accruals and Prepayments
- General Ledger postings
- Reporting on divisional performance - KPI production.
- Internal stakeholder reporting
Profile:
Candidates must be studying CIMA professional qualifications (having taken and passed exams), and have recent / relevant experience in management accounts production.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
