Finance Manager - Fundraising

Description:

Reporting to the Head of Management Accounts, you will be responsible for all financial and management accounting processes within Fundraising to ensure income is recognised in an accurate and timely manner and enable fundraisers to accurately forecast against the annual income and expenditure budgets.

You will be leading the preparation of budgets and forward planning within Fundraising, ensuring up to date forecasts of financial performance and providing analysis for the Director of Fundraising and the Senior Fundraising Team

 

Profile:

The successful candidate will be a part qualified accountant ( ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA ) and ideally have previous experience within the charity/not for profit sector, preferably analysing fundraising income.

You must be able to demonstrate experience of managing significant budgets and producing high quality analytical management reports.

Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be liaising and supporting non-finance budget holders and fundraising staff.

 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
