Description:
The role will entail:
- Managing 10 UK based staff
- Reporting directly to the NAV Production Manager
- Communicate with Senior/Board level regarding various issues
- Responsible for the daily reconciliation of high volume bank and fund accounts
- Ensure all anomalies are queried and rectified
- Ensuring regular 1-2-1s are carried out with Team Leaders and that objectives are set and reviewed on a daily basis
- Keeps abreast of changes in Regulations and industry practices
- Setting weekly and monthly KPIs
- Provide effective leadership and business as usual of the team during periods of Managers absence
Profile:
The right candidate must have the following background:
- Financial Services Background Industry - essential
- IAQ Qualification - essential
- Bank Reconciliations/Settlements Background - essential
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Excellent communication Skills
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
