Description:
As Finance Manager for Welcome Break – Swindon you will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing the Finance Team of 6 minimum
- Preparing full monthly management accounts
- Stock performance, forecasts and profits
- Reporting and planning
- Budgets and forecasting
- Providing finance support to non-finance Managers
- Presenting to the board profits and loss reports
- Cash handling/control
- Run and managing Payroll
Profile:
We need people who have a hunger for driving a business forward and achieving outstanding results. You will have relevant financial experience with specific reference to cash forecasting and control, stock management, financial reporting and budgeting within a multi site/ multi unit retail or catering environment. A proven track record of developing and managing a team is also a necessity.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
