Payroll Administrator

Bradford • Permanent • £17500 - £17500

 

About our client:

A well known national service provider based on the outskirts of Leeds.

Description:

This position is required to provide timely and relevant information and advice related to internal payroll queries. Duties will include:

  • Resolving complex pay enquiries, issues and complaints, escalating as appropriate
  • Complete accurate and timely payroll in a timely manor
  • Liaise with inland Revenue, benefits Agency, providing information when required in accordance with confidentiality and data protection procedures
  • Calculate and recover, pay over and under payments and entitlements
  • Process and action payroll reports where appropriate
  • Deal with and comply and statutory obligations under PAYE and pensions where required
  • Undertake User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required
  • Working with the SOX compliance team

 

 

Profile:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrating a large and complex payroll and be able to deal with all related queries. You will be able to build strong relationships with both internal and external staff and be methodical in your approach to work.

 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.

What's on offer

Immediate employment, Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week - FLEXI HOURS available. Fee car parking, salary circa £16,000 - £18,000 + excellent benefits
