Administrator

Birmingham • Temporary - £8.00 per hour

 

About our client:

Our client is a market leader in their field and are expanding as a business daily. They are achieving very high targets and in turn require additional staff.

Our client is recruiting for an Administrator to based in their head office in north Birmingham.

Description:

Duties listed below

  • To assist with incoming telephone calls ensuring that messages are correctly taken and communicated effective.
  • Signature Authority limit for invoices and Purchase orders
  • Raise normal, rechargeable and blanket purchase orders onto computerised system, distribute/fax as when required.
  • Maintain purchase order and invoice filling system.
  • Maintain contract history files
  • Verifying the new starter packs with close liaison with payroll
  • Match normal and blanket invoices with purchase orders and key onto computerised system ready for payment
  • Resolve any queries
  • Monitor and check blanket orders and ensure kept upto date
  • Monitor all invoices and purchase orders in query
  • Ensure that details on supplier invoices are correct and input into the system
  • Weekly and monthly upload of invoices
  • Ad hoc admin duties, eg distribution of mobile phone bills, assist is maintaining vehicle listings
  • Identifying priorities to manage own workload

 

Profile:

We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate the above duties. You will be very proficient on all Microsoft packages and have the ability to learn new processes quickly. You must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to manage colleagues expectations 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
