About our client:
A Public Sector organisation with their head office in Dorset.
Description:
As a Commercial & Development Accountant you will report directly into the Head of Finance and your duties will include:
- Provide accounting, financial appraisal and modeling for the Group
- Assist with completion of statutory or regulatory returns or statements as required such as Tax, VAT and Financial Statements
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and business plans for the Groups commercial and development activities
- Develop appropriate financial reports and analysis of financial performance
- Participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of the financial systems and processes
Profile:
To be successful in this position you will have the following skill set:
- Proven track record within a similar environment
- Advanced Excel
- CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified or Finalist
- Strong communication skills
- Public sector background would be an advantage
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
